There is no need for you to be there if the job is ready and we have clear access to it with our forklifts. If you will not be there for delivery you will need to leave clear instructions on where to drop off the package.

Yes! Contact us to see if we can assist.

We expect all jobs to be ready for pickup and delivery as soon as we arrive. We can wait on site, however, there will be a charge out fee for every minute we wait. Please see Pricing and Location for more details.

Yes, however, there may be extra fees for deliveries outside of our normal business hours. Contact us for more information.

We can cancel the job and organise it for another date. If cancellation is made on the same day as the job, a cancellation fee will apply.

We prefer for it to be on a pallet as it makes it safer and easier to load and transport. However, so long as we can safely get our forklift underneath it, it does not need to be on a pallet.

Most of our work is in the Melbourne, Geelong and Mornington Peninsula region. We can provide interstate transport as well. Contact us for more information.

Truck and Forklift

We can go anywhere if there is a clearance of at least 2.3 metres height and 2.5 metres in width.

The tray is 7.8 metres long, by 2.5 metres wide.

No. We operate our own machines with our own drivers.

Yes!

We can provide you with a truck and operator.

We can provide you with a forklift and operator.

Our forklifts are 2.4 metres wide, by 2.3 metres high.

No. We operate both Manitou and Moffett all-terrain forklifts. Both machines have the same height, width and carrying capacity.

Yes. We are registered to operate our machines on the road. If it is a busy road, or a main highway, traffic control may be required. Please inform us at the time of the booking.

Our forklifts can lift up to 1.8 tonnes at a time.

We can take up to 14 tonnes of freight on our trucks.

No. We will pick it up from your house, warehouse, or anywhere, if we can get our forklift to it.

Our forklifts can take up to 1.8 tonnes. That’s more than a car!

Yes, we can! Our trays are 7m long and 2.5m wide. As long as the package is no more than 1.8 tonnes, we can make it work.

Yes! We suggest you shrink wrap the package (you can get shrink wrap from Bunnings). This will hold everything together and stop anything from falling off. If you need a hand, our staff can assist if necessary, just let us know at the time of booking.

Ensure your freight is secure and ready to be picked up before we get there. Your package must be in an area that is accessible to the forklift. Your package should be on a pallet or lifted to enable us to pick up the package with the forklift. Your package must be securely strapped and wrapped to ensure items do not shift in transit and when moving with a forklift. If you need us to supply straps and wrap, please inform us at the time of booking. Additional charges will apply.

Yes, absolutely! If we can get access to the rear of your property with our all-terrain forklift, and the load is secure and safe to put on the truck, then we can do it!

All you need to do is make sure your package is secure and ready to go before we get there. The package will need to be accessible by forklift (make sure there is nothing in front of the package). The package will need to be on a pallet or something similar so we can pick it up. The package needs to be strapped and wrapped (You can buy wrap from Bunnings!) so items do not shift in transit.

Yes, you can!

Yes, however, additional charges will apply depending on the number of pallet spaces your freight takes up.

Yes, we can! We can take up to 1.8 tonnes in a single lift.

Payment and Costs

You will be charged if you cancel the job on the day it is due to be delivered.

For private customers, we expect payment before or on arrival. There may be a deposit required depending on the date and size of the job. For businesses, an invoice will be sent out after the job is completed and will need to be paid within 7 days.

For payment we accept cash, credit card, debit card or direct deposit.
